Processing Your Order

Please allow 2–5 business working days for your order to be processed.

For our made-to-order pieces, your Abaya is carefully made using the finest materials and prepared specifically according to the size selected when placing your order. This process can take up to 2–5 business working days.

Once your order has been made and processed, it will be shipped straight away.

UK Orders 

Please allow 3–5 business working days for your order to arrive after it has been dispatched.

During particularly busy periods, please allow up to 7–10 business working days for delivery.

International Orders 

Please allow 2 weeks for international orders to arrive after dispatch.

Please note that international delivery times can vary depending on the destination country, customs processing and the local delivery service, and can take up to 4 weeks. Unfortunately, these delays are outside of our control.

International Duties, Taxes & Customs

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

This means that any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance charges or other fees imposed by the destination country are not included in your order total and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Customs charges vary from country to country and are determined by the relevant customs authorities. If charges apply to your order, you may be contacted by the courier or local customs authority to arrange payment before your order can be delivered.

The Abaya Company is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. We are also unable to determine in advance whether or how much you may be charged, as this depends on the customs regulations of your country.

We kindly recommend checking your country's customs and import requirements before placing an international order so that you are aware of any potential charges.
